BuildX is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Google Analytics Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across our digital platforms. As a Google Analytics Expert, you will play a crucial role in analyzing user behavior, tracking key metrics, and providing insights to enhance our marketing strategies and overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Analytics Management: Set up and configure Google Analytics accounts, including goals, funnels, events, and custom dimensions/metrics.

Data Analysis: Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.

Tag Management: Implement and manage tags using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection and tracking.

SEO and SEM Integration: Integrate Google Analytics with SEO and SEM campaigns to measure their effectiveness and ROI.

A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize website performance and user experience.

Custom Solutions: Develop custom reports and solutions tailored to specific business needs and objectives.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on Google Analytics best practices and data interpretation.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Google Analytics and web analytics tools to continuously improve our data strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in web analytics, with a strong focus on Google Analytics.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools. Experience with setting up and managing advanced analytics configurations.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present data findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

SEO/SEM Knowledge: Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles to align analytics with marketing strategies.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Programming Skills: Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced tracking implementations is a plus.

Certifications: Google Analytics Certification is preferred.
